Do I need to book?

Everyone needs to book in order to access the loading bays at Olympia Events including exhibitors, contractors and organisers. 

Couriers and taxi's don't need to book as long as the following applies:

• They will take no more than 15 minutes
• They don't require access to a forklift
• They don't require access into the loading bay - they can unload on the roadside

It's best to assume you should a book a time slot - it's easier to delete a booking than get a fully booked slot later on.
